Daily Maintenance (Start-up & Operation Checks)
- Check Oil Leveland Drain Condensate: Inspect the oil level gauge before starting up, during operation or after shutdown every day . The level should be between the high and low marks (or at the “H” mark). Add oil if necessary; Check the condensate discharge from the air tank, air dryer, and filters. Prevent rusting and moisture from entering.
- Checkoperating parameters and anomalies: Record the key data such as exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, oil temperature and motor current everyday. Listen to whether the running sound is stable, and check for any oil leakage, air leakage or loose connections.
Weekly Maintenance
- Clean the Cooler: Before starting up, open the drain valve of the separator to discharge the condensate water.
- Check Belt Tension (For Belt-Driven Models): Inspect the belt tension and condition. Adjust if slipping or if there is excessive wear.
- Safety Valve Test:Manually test the safety valve (relief valve) to ensure it opens and closes properly. (Note: Perform with caution to avoid injury).
- Inspect Air Filter: Check the air intake filter. If the environment is dusty, clean or replace the filter element prematurely.
Periodic maintenance (Monthly/quarterly)
- Replace the filter and lubricating oil:
Air Filter: Replace the air filter element every 2000 hours or when a differential pressure alarm is triggered. Blockage will lead to increased intake resistance and higher power consumption.
Oil Filter: Replace the oil filter cartridge every 2000-4000 hours. It needs to be replaced simultaneously with the lubricating oil to prevent impurities from entering the main unit and wearing out the bearings

Lubricant: Replace lubricant every 2000-4000 hours. Completely drain the old oil and refill with manufacturer-specified screw compressor oil.
Note: Do not mix different brands or types of oil.
Must to use special lubricating oil for screw compressor, #46 Semi-synthetic Lubricant.

- Clean the cooler and the electrical system:
Clean the surface dust of the oil cooler and the after-cooler every month (use compressed air for air-cooled types, and inspect and clean the scale for water-cooled types), and tighten all the wire connections.
Quarterly in-depth maintenance:
Replace the oil filter, clean the main motor and fan winding blades every quarter, and check the sealing performance and opening pressure of the minimum pressure valve and safety valve.
Annual Maintenance (Every 4,000 – 8,000 Hours or Yearly)
- Replace the oil separator(oil filter) element annually (with a lifespan of approximately 3,000-4,000 hours; it must be replaced when the pressure difference exceeds 0.12MPa).
- Replace All Filters:Replace the air filter and oil filter.
- Check Pressure Sensors:Calibrate safety valve pressure and temperature sensors to ensure accuracy.
Important Safety Precautions
Lockout/Tagout: Always disconnect the power supply and ensure the compressor is depressurized (0 bar) before performing any maintenance work; Always use genuine or OEM-approved spare parts ( air filters, oil filter, separators) to avoid damage to the screw element.
Record and Accessory Management
Establish maintenance files to record each maintenance item, date, and consumable replacement status; reasonably stock common spare parts such as air filters, oil filters, oil separators, and lubricants to handle unexpected failures.
